Rebuild systems
Lasting change comes from rebuilding the systems that run daily life. Nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery, and decision-making are integrated into one coherent operating framework. This creates consistency without relying on willpower or rigid control.
Restore function
When core function is impaired, performance and wellbeing decline. We focus on restoring digestion, sleep, energy regulation, and immune balance so the body can operate as intended. This creates the biological conditions for healing and sustainable progress.
Regulate physiology
Stabilize the nervous system, circadian rhythm, metabolism, and recovery so the body exits survival mode. When physiology is regulated, energy becomes predictable and the system regains the capacity to adapt.

Stability is the foundation, not the goal. We progressively expose the system to the right stressors so it builds tolerance, resilience, and clarity under pressure. Anti-fragility means the system improves through challenge instead of breaking down.

About
Radu Gheorghica
I work where clinical rehabilitation, systems biology, and performance coaching meet.
My path was shaped by years of navigating my own health challenges — depression, immune instability, digestive issues, and the exhaustion that comes from pushing through life without internal alignment.
Rebuilding myself required an integrated approach combining physiology, psychology, structure, and purpose.
It taught me that health is not a single intervention, but an integrated system that must be built and maintained.
I hold a BSc in Physiotherapy from Saxion University (Netherlands), a Master’s in Clinical Psycho Neuro Immunology from the University of Salamanca and PNI Europe, and I am a Certified Hintsa Performance Coach, Intermittent Living Coach, and Licensed Pain Therapist (NOI).
My approach is precise, structured, and deeply human.
I restore clarity, rhythm, and adaptability so that patients and clients can operate at their highest level — sustainably and without collapse.
